Amber syrup is produced in the middle of the spring. With the snow melting and temperatures warming up, the sap transforms into amber syrup with a flavour that’s richer and more caramelized than golden syrup.
It’s a very versatile syrup. You can use it on pancakes, in your coffee or in salad dressings.
Good for 3 years. Keeps in the refrigerator 6 to 12 months after opening.
