Golden syrup is harvested at the beginning of the spring. Because it’s still very cold and the snow hasn’t melted yet, the sap is completely clear. This gives Doré maple syrup a very delicate taste, with vanilla and marshmallow aromas.
It can be used anywhere, but given its delicacy, it’s best used as a finishing touch, such as drizzling over pancakes or a cake. We also like using it to replace simple syrup in some cocktail recipes.

Good for 3 years. Keeps in the refrigerator 6 to 12 months after opening.
